Special Weather Statement issued July 24 at 6:45PM EDT by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
At 645 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Rainbow Lakes Estates to near Inverness
Highlands South to near Hernando County Airport. Movement was
northwest at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Spring Hill, Brooksville, Inverness, Homosassa Springs, Beverly
Hills, Weeki Wachee, Inverness Airport, South Brooksville, Black
Diamond, North Brooksville, Hernando County Airport, Timber Pines,
Crystal River Airport, Homosassa, Weeki Wachee Gardens, Inverness
Highlands South, Inverness Highlands North, Pine Island, North Weeki
Wachee, and Hernando.
