Special Weather Statement issued July 21 at 5:02AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Areas of fog and low visibility will result in locally hazardous
driving conditions early this morning. Visibility may drop below
one half mile, particularly in low spots such as river or stream
valleys within hilly terrain. Motorists should be prepared for
changing conditions and longer travel times this morning. Fog
impacts should end by 9AM.
