Description
Dover Township met on site today with Doli Construction Corporation and PennDot regarding final paving restoration. Doli Construction Corporation plans to begin the milling process Monday July 22,2024. First Doli will perform milling of the entire roadway. Second Doli will perform the required base paving and finally Doli will perform a two (2) inch paving overlay of the entire roadway. You should be prepared to encounter lane restrictions and delays. Dover Township asks that you be alert and patient when traveling through the construction zone. Dover Township understands this project has been difficult for everyone involved, but this is the final step to having all new water lines, sanitary sewer lines, and a smooth roadway.
