Description
Due to the excessive heat forecasted for tomorrow, we have decided to cancel our Preschool Playground program on July 16th. The program will return to its normal schedule on Wednesday.
LIT will stay at Lehr Park on July 16th. They will not go to Brookside Park.
Our K-5 program and LIT program will be open as normal on July 16th. Lehr Park has access to an air conditioned building to provide some relief from the heat. (Brookside Park does not have an air conditioned space.) Our staff is prepared to limit direct sunlight time, provide frequent water breaks, use our shaded spaces at the pavilion and use the inside pavilion space, and they will rotate into the air conditioning during the heat of the day.
