* WHAT...Oppressive heat with peak heat index values of 95 to 100
degrees this afternoon, and between 98 and 103 degrees Tuesday
afternoon.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...High temperatures and humidity may cause heat illnesses.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, and stay in an
air-conditioned place.
