Flood Watch issued July 12 at 2:32PM EDT until July 13 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central Delaware, including the following
area, Kent and northeast Maryland, including the following areas,
Caroline, Kent MD, Queen Annes and Talbot.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread showers and thunderstorms combined with tropical
moisture will result in areas of heavy rainfall across the
watch area through Saturday. Rainfall rates may exceed 1 to 2
inches per hour. Forecast rainfall amounts range from about 2
to 3 inches, however, localized amounts near 5 inches are
possible.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
