Department of Public Safety.
THIS IS A STATEWIDE CHILD ABDUCTION ALERT ISSUED BY THE TEXAS AMBER
ALERT NETWORK
The Bexar County Sherifs Office is searching for missing child
Richard Ramey, 7 months old, white, male, 2 feet tall, weight 15
pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing a white top
and tan shorts. The missing child was last seen at 10 13 PM, on July
10, 2024 at the 12400 block of Adkins Elmendorf Road, San Antonio,
TX 7 8 2 6 3.
Police are looking for Nicole Daguanno, 30 years old, white female,
height 5 feet 4 inches, weight 140 pounds, with red or auburn hair
and brown eyes, in connection with the abduction of the child. The
suspect was last seen wearing green tee shirt, and blue jeans. The
suspect is believed to be on foot. The suspect was last seen in San
Antonio, TX.
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THE CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR
IMMEDIATE DANGER.
