Special Weather Statement issued July 10 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA

At 759 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Shippensburg to near Gettysburg to Emmitsburg.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph. Brief heavy rainfall

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hanover, Gettysburg, Parkville, Hampton, Littlestown, Carroll Valley,
Codorus, McSherrystown, Lake Meade, Spring Grove, Pennville,
Bonneauville, New Oxford, East Berlin, Lake Heritage, Cashtown,
Aspers, Orrtanna, York Airport, and Biglerville.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
south central Pennsylvania.
