Special Weather Statement issued July 10 at 7:35PM EDT by NWS State College PA

At 735 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Jersey Shore to near Williamsport to 13 miles
east of Lock Haven. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Williamsport, Montoursville, Jersey Shore, Montgomery, Avis,
Duboistown, Elimsport, Cogan Station, Collomsville, Trout Run,
Loyalsockville, South Williamsport, Garden View, Oval, Salladasburg,
Williamsport Airport, and Little League World Series Complex.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for central and
north central Pennsylvania.
