As we strive to keep our community beautiful and welcoming, we want to remind everyone of the key property maintenance expectations according to the borough's ordinances. Your cooperation is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
Property Maintenance Guidelines:
-Lawn Care: Grass and weeds should be kept below 6 inches in height. Please regularly mow and trim your lawns.
-Trash and Debris: Ensure all trash is properly disposed of and not accumulated on your property. Bulk items should be removed promptly.
-Building Maintenance: Homes and structures should be in good repair. This includes roofs, windows, and exterior walls.
-Trees and Shrubs: Overhanging branches and shrubs should be trimmed to prevent obstruction of sidewalks and streets.
-Vehicle Storage: Inoperable or unregistered vehicles should not be stored on your property unless in a garage or enclosed structure.
-Waste Containers: Trash and recycling bins should be stored out of public view except on collection days.
