Heat Advisory issued July 7 at 2:40PM EDT until July 8 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Heat index values of 100 to 104 expected.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Perry, and York Counties.
* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Drink plenty of water, stay out of the sun, and stay in an
air-conditioned room as much as possible.
Young children and pets should never be left unattended in vehicles
under any circumstances. This is especially true during hot weather
when car interiors can reach lethal temperatures in a matter of
minutes. LOOK BEFORE YOU LOCK.

situation, including continued hot temperatures and high humidity
through mid week.
