Description
Just a friendly reminder that Forks Township has an ordinance which governs the use of fire works by property owners and residents (consumers in the ordinance). The township is under a burn ban so please be mindful when considering setting off fireworks of any kind. The section of the ordinance that pertains to consumers is highlighted in the attached document. We wish everyone a happy and safe 4th of July.
