Description
FYI: The Liberty Borough Office has received several phone calls about gentlemen going on several Borough properties with some sort of instrument. We did send the Chief of Police out to find out any information he could and he has confirmed that the gentlemen do in fact work for the Gas Company. The utility companies do not usually check with the Borough when they are conducting work in the community, so we are usually unaware in the Borough Office. However, please do not hesitate or be afraid to contact 911 tell them it is a Non-Emergency and ask to speak with Liberty Borough Police whether it is by phone or in person. Please let our Police Department know what is going on when it is happening so that they can respond and make sure that the situation and/or person is legit.
