Southern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 520 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over West Chester,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Chester, Coatesville, Yeadon,
Westtown, Downingtown, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett
Square, West Grove, East Lansdowne, Newport, Arden, Darby Township,
Stanton, Cheyney, and Talleyville.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 12.
Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 13 and 23.
Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 10.

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
