Heat Advisory issued June 29 at 1:54PM CDT until June 30 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...Heat index values up to 112 degrees expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas including the Interstate
35 corridor and Coastal Plains.
* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening.
For the second Heat Advisory, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
