Flood Watch issued June 29 at 12:50PM EDT until June 30 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...The northern and central mountains of Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of rain and occasional thunderstorms will
occur into the first part of the night. Rainfall amounts of
over 2 inches per hour are possible where thunderstorms train
over the same location. This will lead to the threat of
localized flash flooding, especially in poor drainage and
low-lying areas in cities and towns, and along roads adjacent
to small streams and creeks.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
