Mark your Calendars!! Coolbaugh Township Municipal Park turns 50 years old and the Parks and Recreation Commission will be celebrating tomorrow, Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 12-5pm. Festivities will begin with an anniversary commemoration at the Armed Forces Field at 12pm followed by a park-wide scavenger hunt, baseball games, basketball games/ competitions, and concessions provided by different community organizations!! There will be music featuring the band Derailed from 1pm-4pm. The first 150 people to visit the Parks and Recreation table will receive a $5.00 food voucher for one of the concessions that will be located throughout the park. It is sure to be a day filled with fun for all ages!!! Ceremony will begin promptly at 12pm.
So, come on out and join us at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Park located at 1810 Church Street, Tobyhanna. Bring your lawn chairs, catch a game, listen to some amazing music, have a bite to eat and enjoy a day at the Park!! We look forward to celebrating with you!! Rain date for the event is Sunday June 30th.
