Heat Advisory issued June 27 at 7:08PM CDT until June 28 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...Heat index values up to 108 expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas.
* WHEN...From 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heat indices across the area have dropped
below Heat Advisory criteria and it has been allowed to expire.
Expect high heat indices again Friday.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
