Heat Advisory issued June 27 at 1:12PM CDT until June 28 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...For the first Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 110.
For the second Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 108 expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas including the I-35
Corridor and Coastal Plains.
* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening.
For the second Heat Advisory, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
