Hellam Township, Hallam Borough, and Wrightsville Borough are developing a new multi-municipal comprehensive plan, and we need your help! Your voice is essential to the plan development process, to ensure that the plan’s final recommendations on managing growth, preserving agricultural and natural land, and encouraging the growth of housing and businesses is a reflection of local needs.
