From DEP - Because of your expressed interest in the wastewater discharge permit for Modern Landfill, the following is being forwarded to you: a Comment/Response document which includes all written comments received on the draft NPDES permit, testimony at the public hearing held on October 4, 2023, and DEP’s responses. The same document will be posted to DEP’s web page: Modern Landfill NPDES/Solid Waste (pa.gov) which is also accessible from www.dep.pa.gov, choose ‘Regional Resources’, choose ‘Southcentral Regional Office’, choose ‘Community Information’, choose ‘Modern Landfill NPDES/Solid Waste’.
