* At 420 PM CDT, the leading edge of outflow associated with a
cluster of severe thunderstorms was located along a line extending
from near Collinsville to near Ray Roberts Park Isle Du Bois to
near Krum, moving south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
