Description
From Joel at Penn Waste
It has been brought to my attention that the invoices for April 1, 2024, for your municipality, may have been held at the post office, therefor the residents did not get the invoice in time. If you receive any calls from residents regarding this, please ask residents to contact Penn Waste directly at 717-767-4456 or via email at info@pennwaste.com. Our customer service department is receiving a high number of calls due to this issue, but we are working to get this all resolved. If a customer does not want to wait to speak to a representative, they may email us, and a customer service representative will follow up with the customer. If a customer is signed up for auto pay or has already made a payment directly with Penn Waste, a late fee was not added to the account. I apologize for the inconvenience.
