Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued May 26 at 7:12PM EDT until May 26 at 7:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 711 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Wintersville to Avella to 11 miles southeast of
Valley Grove, moving north at 75 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Moon Township, Weirton, Steubenville, Washington, East Liverpool,
Aliquippa, Canonsburg, Beaver Falls, Columbiana, Monaca, East
Palestine, Wellsville, Wellsburg, Avella, Cecil-Bishop, Economy,
Ellwood City, Ambridge, New Brighton, and Coraopolis.
