North central Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
* Until 445 PM EDT.
* At 359 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Gastonville,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
* Locations impacted include...
Gastonville, South Park Township, Jefferson Hills, Monessen,
Clairton, Donora, Monongahela, Charleroi, West Newton,
Bentleyville, New Eagle, North Belle Vernon, Wickerham
Manor-Fisher, Baidland, Elizabeth, North Charleroi, Speers, Belle
Vernon, Lincoln, and Lynnwood-Pricedale.
This includes Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 29
and 34, and
between mile markers 40 and 50.
