Completed paper surveys can be returned any of the following ways:
1. Scan and email to cmmachuga@mccormicktaylor.com
2. Mail to McCormick Taylor, 1000 Omega Dr. Suite 1550, Pittsburgh, PA 15205
3. Call 412.329.4420 to request that someone pick them up
All responses received by June 1, 2024 will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card.
