Special Weather Statement issued May 16 at 4:06AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Patchy dense valley fog will reduce visibilities to less than a
quarter of a mile through the mid morning, prime commute hours to
work and school.
If you'll be traveling, slow down, use low beam headlights and
allow extra time to reach your destination. The fog should lift in
most locations by 9 am.
