Flood Watch issued May 11 at 2:26AM HST until May 11 at 8:00PM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

...A FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING FOR ALL
HAWAIIAN ISLANDS...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...All the main Hawaiian islands.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An upper level low will slowly move through the Hawaiian
Islands this weekend. Weather impacts include slow moving
heavy rain and strong thunderstorms increasing the threat for
flash flooding statewide. The flood threat will decrease
later this evening over the western islands of Niihau, Kauai
and Oahu as the low slowly drifts eastward.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
