INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AREAS UNTIL 4 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING
IN PENNSYLVANIA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES
IN SOUTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
WESTMORELAND
IN WEST CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA
ARMSTRONG INDIANA
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF FORD CITY, GREENSBURG, INDIANA,
KITTANNING, LATROBE, MURRYSVILLE, AND NEW KENSINGTON.
