CRIME WATCH ALERT: May 2, 2024
Over the last 24 hours, there has been multiple stolen vehicles and vehicle break ins throughout the borough of Crafton. The targeted vehicles are primarily Kia and Hyundai models. Please make sure to keep your vehicles locked and follow up with any manufacturer recommendations for recalls regarding anti-theft prevention.

In response to increasing and persistent thefts targeting certain Hyundai vehicles without push-button ignitions and immobilizing anti-theft devices, Hyundai has introduced a free anti-theft software upgrade for affected customers.
All of the nearly 4 million vehicles involved are now eligible to receive the software upgrade.
