Dear Water Customer,
Easton Suburban Water Authority has begun its annual water distribution system flushing program in Forks Township. We will begin flushing in the area of Forks Township that is north of Zucksville Road, Meco Road and Frost Hollow Road on Friday, April 26, 2024. Flushing will start in the northern porton of Forks Township and proceed south.
Flushing will be performed predominantly between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. Occasionally, there will be times when the flushing must occur at night. This flushing will be performed between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am. Althought it will take approximately three weeks to complete the program in your area, customers should only be affected for one or two days.
During the Flushing Program, customers may experience low water pressure, discolored water and may be without water for short periods of time. The Authority regrets any inconviences that its customers may experience due to the Flushing Program. If you are currently under a physician's care with a medical condition that may be affected by this program, please notify the Authority.
The Authority's flushing schedule can be found on the Authority's website, www.eswater.net, as well as by calling our main phone number, 610-258-7181 and selecting the flushing option. The schedule will be updated each business day at 4:00pm, detailing the streets to be flushed on the next business day. Please listen carefully, as multiple areas may be flushed at the same time.
