The Zoning Hearing Board is a three member Board with alternates. The Board is a quasi-judicial body that renders decisions on specific types of land use appeals and applications. Members of the Zoning Hearing Board are appointed by the Borough Council. Rio be appointed to the board, you must be a Red Lion Borough Resident. The Zoning Hearing Board meeting is held “as needed” on the Tuesday following the regular Borough Council meeting, at 6pm. If you are interested in participating in your community as a Zoning Hearing Board member, please contact the Red Lion Borough Office at 717-850-0790 to answer any questions you might have.
