Eastern Columbiana County in east central Ohio...
Beaver County in western Pennsylvania...
Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
West central Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
Southwestern Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...
Northern Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Southern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* At 653 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Columbiana to near Wellsville to near Cadiz, moving
east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Trees snapped and uprooted. Power outages can be
expected.

* Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
McCandless Township, Monroeville, Cranberry, Moon Township, New
Castle, McMurray, Weirton, McKeesport, Steubenville, Butler,
Franklin Park, East Liverpool, Aliquippa, Canonsburg, and Beaver
Falls.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 1 and 55.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 43 and 105.
Parkway North between mile markers 1 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 15 and 83.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for east central
Ohio...western, southwestern and west central Pennsylvania...and
northern West Virginia.
