CUSTOMER NOTICE
Beginning May 1, 2024, customers with past-due balances will start receiving yellow notices in the mail. These notices are the first step in the delinquency process as we prepare to resume shut-offs for non-payment on June 3, 2024.
The Authority will not be charging the $6.00 late fee for this first round of notices in May. However, all accounts that receive notices by certified mail will see a charge of $8.00 on their accounts. Please make every effort to bring your account up to date to avoid any additional fees or termination of services.
Payment plans will be available to customers who are unable to pay their past-due balances on or before the shut-off date shown on their yellow notice. Please review our Rules Booklet, Rule 36, pages 14-15, for more information on payment plans. You can also visit the Announcements page on our website to stay up to date on any new information, or changes.
