Special Weather Statement issued April 15 at 7:08AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Patchy dense fog is ongoing early this morning, especially in
river valleys and areas that received the heaviest rain yesterday
evening. Improvement is expected by mid morning. Pockets of
visibilities below one quarter of a mile can be expected.
