Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 14 at 5:19PM EDT until April 14 at 5:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 519 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Marienville to near Hermitage, moving southeast
at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
outages.
Locations impacted include...
Hermitage, Sharon, Oil City, Grove City, Franklin, Clarion,
Sharpsville, Knox, Greenville, Sugarcreek, Farrell, Tionesta, Mercer,
Hasson Heights, Stoneboro, Seneca, West Middlesex, Polk, Sandy Lake,
and Clark.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Prepare immediately for large hail and frequent deadly cloud to
ground lightning. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure. Stay
away from windows.
