Allegheny River At CW Bill Young Dam affecting Allegheny County.
Clarion River At Cooksburg affecting Jefferson PA, Clarion and
Forest Counties.
Ohio River At Wellsburg affecting Jefferson OH and Brooke
Counties.
Ohio River At Wellsville affecting Columbiana County.
Ohio River At Powhatan Point affecting Marshall, Monroe and
Belmont Counties.
Ohio River At East Liverpool affecting Hancock, Columbiana,
Jefferson OH and Beaver Counties.

Ohio River Near New Cumberland affecting Hancock and Jefferson OH
