Flood Warning issued April 12 at 9:41AM EDT until April 12 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
counties, eastern Belmont, southeastern Columbiana, Jefferson OH
and eastern Monroe, Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Allegheny, southern Armstrong, Beaver, southern Butler,
Fayette, Greene, west central Indiana, southern Lawrence,
Washington and western Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including
the following counties, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall,
Monongalia, Ohio, north central Preston and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or
standing water. Local media have reported water rescues.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 941 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross
Township, Morgantown, Wheeling, McCandless Township,
Monroeville, Cranberry, Moon Township, McMurray, Greensburg,
Weirton, McKeesport, Fairmont, Steubenville, Butler,
Washington and Franklin Park.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
