Flash Flood Warning issued April 11 at 8:07PM EDT until April 12 at 12:15AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 807 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5
inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Morgantown, McKeesport, Fairmont, Westover, Mannington, Star City,
Jefferson Hills, Monessen, Clairton, California, Donora,
Monongahela, Charleroi, Masontown, Pleasant Valley, Bentleyville,
Liberty, Brownsville, Winfield and Fredericktown-Millsboro.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
