Flash Flood Warning issued April 11 at 7:29PM EDT until April 11 at 10:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 729 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across the
warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing with road closures reported.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Bethel Park, McMurray, McKeesport, Washington, Canonsburg,
Waynesburg, Gastonville, West Mifflin, Upper St. Clair, South Park
Township, Jefferson Hills, Pleasant Hills, Clairton, Glassport,
Monongahela, Wolfdale, McGovern, Bentleyville, Liberty and East
Washington.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
