Flood Watch issued April 11 at 10:00AM EDT until April 12 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey,
Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong,
Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Greene, Jefferson PA, Lawrence,
Mercer, Venango and Washington, and West Virginia, including the
following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
