Description
Please avoid Franklin Rd between Pine and Wade. Because of the heavy rain the pads that the power company put out to drive on are floating into the road. They have a crew in route to move them. Unsure how long it will take. So PLEASE AVOID FRANKLIN FIR YOUR SAFETY. Sorry for any inconvenience. GS
