Description
The electronics are acting up at the Water Street and Buffalo Road intersection.
We can only get it to blink red and yellow. Therefore, there are;
- Red blinking lights on Water Street indicating that drivers come to a full stop.
- Yellow blinking lights on Buffalo Road indicating that drives slow down and continue through with caution.
