Special Weather Statement issued April 4 at 6:09AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Patchy dense fog will result in locally hazardous driving
conditions early this morning due to low visibility below one
quarter mile in spots. Patchy dense fog is expected to dissipate
by 9 a.m.
