Special Weather Statement issued April 4 at 2:41AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Patchy dense fog will result in locally hazardous driving
conditions early this morning due to low visibility below one
quarter mile in spots. Fog is expected to dissipate toward
daybreak as the wind increases from the west.
