Flood Watch issued April 3 at 10:42PM EDT until April 4 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...All of Central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Creeks and streams all across Central PA are running high and
many are flooding. However, the rainfall is almost over. Most
of the rain will be gone by 2 AM EDT. The smaller creeks and
streams are cresting and will fall overnight. In the mean
time, some additional flooding is possible as the smaller
creeks and streams empty into the larger waterways.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
