Flood Warning issued April 3 at 8:06PM EDT until April 3 at 9:15PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
county, New Castle and southeast Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and
Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 805 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain has
mostly moved out of the warned area. However, it will take
time for the water to recede. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester,
Bensalem, Norristown, Chester, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
Norriton and East Norriton.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
