Flood Warning issued April 3 at 6:02PM EDT until April 3 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Pennsylvania,
including the following counties, in east central Pennsylvania,
Berks and Lehigh. In southeast Pennsylvania, Chester and
Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible
in the warned area.
- For Little Lehigh at Trexlertown near Little Lehigh Creek:
At 5:15pm the stage was 4.43 feet.
Flood Stage is 4.5 feet.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
