Description
Flood Watch issued April 3 at 5:19PM EDT until April 4 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...All of Central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Creeks and streams all across Central PA are running high and
many are flooding. However, the rainfall is starting to taper
off. Most of the rain will be gone by midnight. That should
allow the small creeks and streams to crest and then start to
fall this evening and overnight. In the mean time, some
additional flooding is possible as the smaller creeks and
streams empty into the larger waterways.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
