Flood Warning issued April 3 at 4:23PM EDT until April 3 at 8:30PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
county, New Castle and southeast Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and
Philadelphia.
* WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 420 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of
the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have already
fallen since yesterday.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester,
Bensalem, Norristown, Chester, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
Norriton and East Norriton.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
